Check your Genjutsu source video, resolution and credit quote

Review source duration, Object Swap frame size, reference count and the quoted credits before submitting a Genjutsu request.

Check your Genjutsu source video, resolution and credit quote

Check the source before polishing the prompt. A clip can look suitable in a browser while failing a duration or dimension check. Keep the original file available so you can verify which version the draft uses.

Check the input boundaries

The two integrated Genjutsu modes require a source of at least four seconds. The video card offers Select segment: choose 4–30 seconds and apply that section to the draft. Without a selection, only the first thirty seconds of a longer source are processed. Object Swap also needs at least 409,600 pixels per source frame; multiply width by height rather than judging a filename such as “HD.” The draft accepts 1–8 reference images.

For example, 640 × 640 is 409,600 pixels. A 640 × 360 frame is 230,400, below the Object Swap boundary. Selecting a larger output resolution does not repair a source that fails this input requirement.

Understand the site’s quote

Genjutsu.tv calculates the prepared source duration, rounds it up to a whole second, then applies the rate for the selected output resolution. An 8.2-second prepared source uses nine billable seconds in the quote. A longer source is bounded by the thirty-second processing window.

The displayed quote is the site’s credit price, not a promise that a provider promotion or subscription applies here. Read the current quote before each submission. Changing resolution or the source can change the required credits. Reusing a preset and editing its draft do not themselves submit a generation.

Choose a useful first review

A smaller output can help you judge composition and role mapping before spending on a more detailed version, but it does not prove that a later request will be identical. Every submission is a separate generation. Compare movement, object contact and identity before deciding whether detail is the remaining problem.

If your important action occurs later in the original video, open Select segment on its card. Enter the start and end times, preview the section, then choose Apply segment. The browser exports a new MP4 and replaces only the source video after success; your prompt and ordered references stay in the draft. The quotation updates from the exported duration. Cancel or an export error preserves the existing source. If your browser cannot export the source codec, trim an MP4 in another editor and upload it.

A final draft review

  1. Play the actual source loaded in the workspace.
  2. Confirm its duration and, for Object Swap, frame dimensions.
  3. Check every reference and its position in the image list.
  4. Read the selected mode, resolution and quoted credits.
  5. Submit only when the workspace reports that generation is available.

Open Motion Transfer or Object Swap to prepare a draft. A disabled service notice means generation is not available yet; it does not prevent you from examining reference workflows.

Provider boundaries are documented in the official Motion Transfer reference and Object Swap reference. Quote rounding above describes Genjutsu.tv’s current implementation.
